History
Pacific Poker is run by Casino-on-Net which is one of the largest and oldest internet casinos having been in existence for almost one decade.
Player Traffic 7.5/10
Has grown significantly in the last few years especially in the number of tournament players. Up to 15,000 players can be online at any one time.
Quality of Players 9.5/10
Has the worst players online making it an excellent site to play at. The reason there are so many bad players is probably due to the fact that there are many casino players that are looking for a quick bet.

Software 6/10
Although this is a great site for quality of play and promotions the same can't be said about the software. The graphics are nice looking and the software is easy to use but it is slow and there are a number of bugs. However there have been some improvements with recent updates. For Mac users there is a Java version that does not require a download.
Bonuses and Promotions 8/10
There is a signup bonus of 25% up to $100. You can earn player points that can be converted into money, which is especially good for higher limit players.
Customer Support 6.5/10
There is telephone and email support. The email support can be slow especially for more complicated matters but is in the end very helpful.
