The player traffic has steadily been growing with approximately 2,000 players found online at peak times. There is a large amount of tournament traffic due to the free-rolls offered.

Quality of Players 9/10

The quality of play at Carbon Poker is generally low with many opportunities to play against weaker players. This is typical of many of the smaller poker rooms where the sharks have yet to move in.

Software 8/10

The software while not being as graphically detailed as other online poker rooms is still visually appealing and has great functionality. It was developed in-house and is constantly being improved. There is a very easy to use tabbed navigation system that allows easy movement between different areas of the poker room. Additional features include table statistics (average pot, players per flop and hands per hour), note taking, and percentage chance to win is displayed when all-in.

Bonuses and Promotions 8.5/10

Carbon Poker has a first deposit bonus of 100% to $500. There are a large number of free-roll tournaments held every day with prize money totaling $5,000, some of these requiring players to first play a certain number of raked ring games to gain entry. Players can also earn "Comp Points" by playing in real money ring games and tournaments, which can be used to purchase merchandise or entry into tournaments.

Customer Support 7/10

Customer support is provided only by e-mail with the response time generally being very fast.
