History
Poker Room is the largest poker room in the OnGame Network and was the first ever poker room to offer a Java version of their software that required no download. For a long time it was the only place for Apple Macintosh users to play online poker.

With their recent growth in player numbers there has been a large influx of new recreational players meaning that the average skill level of players at Poker Room is slightly lower than at other poker rooms. This makes it a good place to play if winning money is your objective.

You have the option of a downloadable version or a Java version that requires no download. The Software can at times perform slowly, especially the Java version. The graphics are pleasant and easy to look at for long periods and there are comprehensive statistics available to track how well you are doing.
